This is the second project for this client. We reimagined the renovation predominately in African Walnut to reflect the clients needs and lifestyle. We created two distinct zones one as a master suite area and the Foyer which divided the two areas. The kitchen was closed off from the dining area to be a separate space because they entertain quite a bit. The living area becomes now the heart of the home. Many of the furnishings including the lighting were reused in their new home.

The bathroom renovation involved a Custom Lacquer and African Walnut trimmed cabinet. Floors are checkerboard Thassos marble and semi-precious Tiger eye. Walls are grasscloth.
The master bedroom presented a challenge with the low ceiling so we choose to barrel it to create a more pleasing curve. Walls are finished in a blue grasscloth what is the palette threaded throughout the master suite.
Custom Upholstered Furniture that was moved from their previous loft. Ceiling was coffered to implement lighting. Walls upholstered in Camel Suede. Many of clients own antique pieces and Art were integrated into the space.
Custom Solid Mahogany dining Table with Custom Chairs upholstered in Cowhide and back of chair in Suede to complement the upholstered Suede wall.
The Renovation of the space called for closing off the room with African Walnut doors with polished Nickel Portholes when needed.
